Zelie Dember-Slack

Zelie Dember-Slack is a graduate of Chapman University’s, Dodge College of Film & Media Arts, MFA in Film Production Program. She creates multicultural family oriented and faith-based content for film, television and the web. Her most recent film projects are all on the film festival circuit: Jessie The Golden Heart, Dark Chocolate, and The Sweetest Heir.  Also, she’s just been invited to participate in the first Women’s Weekend Film Challenge in Los Angeles. She’s also working as an Assistant Technical Specialist/Consultant at Disneyland, creating a searchable database for their very large videotape, film and audio reel library. Finally, Dember-Slack is very passionate about sharing her knowledge and equipping other underrepresented artists with the technical skills needed to succeed in the entertainment industry.
