My career goals are to: (1) Tell stories about Black women and girls that allow us to be full human beings. I want to create stories where we experience joy, pain, hope, transformation and more. I want us to be able to just be. (2) Work on a film/TV/streaming/digital project at all times, whether it be writing, producing and/or directing, but always writing. (3) Establish a collective of Black creatives who work and create together. (4) Establish a film/TV/streaming/digital network that features content for the Black community, made by Black creators. (5) Establish a film/TV/streaming/digital production company that tells stories focused on the Black female experience.
