Jesse Childs is an artist known as Jahsee Music, a writer, and a creative producer determined to amplify the stories of Black people and other marginalized groups. His experiences as a marketing professional range from start-ups to agencies to major studios including Lionsgate and NBCUniversal. His specialties include content production, digital strategy, and creative marketing. He holds a Master’s degree in Entertainment Industry Management from the Heinz College of Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in African and African American Studies from the University of Chicago. He’s the founder of the Afromerican Project, a publishing and creative production company designed to share untold stories from throughout the African Diaspora.
