My name is Jennifer Bell Ruiz, born in Ogden Utah to an interracial couple in the 80’s. I am pleased to say that my parents found it to be very important that I stay involved in both the Black side of my family as well as the White. This enriched my life immensely, creating a unique sense of self and a multicultural point of view of life . As an adult married to a Latin U.S. Airman, I have traveled to many parts of the world and expanded my consciousness beyond my expectations. I work to explore and express my point of view in my writing while implementing the ongoing influences I continue to encounter year after year. I have recently become coverage certified and look forward to reading and writing scripts on OBS.
